Greetings in Christ our Lord and Savior.

In 1967, the Archdiocese of Tuguegarao established the Lyceum of Aparri to answer the demands of the constituents of the northernmost part of Cagayan for Catholic Education. In time and through the years, the Lyceum of Aparri has evolved into an institution of learning that is now ably competing with the other schools and universities found not only in the Province of Cagayan but in the whole Cagayan Valley as well.

With the level 2, 3rd Reaccreditation status granted it by the Philippine Association of Colleges and Universities-Commission on Audit (PACU-COA), I am made proud to invite you to have a taste of an education with a difference, delivered the Lycean way. Once you do, I assure you that you won’t have any misgivings. For at Lyceum of Aparri, we teach not only with our minds, but with our hearts as well. At Lyceum of Aparri, we make it our business that you receive the kind of education you truly deserve. This and a lot more are what Lyceum of Aparri can offer you.

Thus, if at this moment you are into a quandary as to what school to choose for you to enroll in, come next year, I call on you to choose wisely. I call on you to choose Lyceum of Aparri. And prove unto yourselves what a wise choice this will turn out to be.

Most Rev. DIOSDADO A. TALAMAYAN, D.D.
